Payment
UK Customers:
I accept Paypal, personal cheque or postal order.
Goods will be dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of cleared payment.
International Customers:
Paypal payment only please.
Postage and Packing
Standard non-insured postage is £1.50.
I want you to be 100% happy with my beads. If for any reasons they do not meet your expectations I will refund your money minus postage costs.
Please contact me by email within 7 days and return the beads to me in their original condition within 10 days for a credit or refund. Items for return must be sent back using a trackable method of post such as Recorded or Special Delivery.
Warranty and Disclaimer
My beads are all annealed in a digitally controlled kiln and should last a long time with appropriate care.
However, should any of them develop a fault I will replace them with a similar bead or refund them completely.
Please do not let young children play with beads as they represent a choking hazard.
